Cam McNutt has been with the Division of Water Resources (Water Quality) for 15 years as a basin planner and for the last 10 years as the water quality assessment coordinator. He develops the state 303(d) lists and other assessment reports and tracks implementation of various water quality programs in North Carolina. Currently serving as Chair of the Stream Mapping Advisory Committee for the SMAC. He has a B.S in Biology from Texas Tech University and an M.S in Zoology from North Carolina State University.
