Tim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental, Earth and Geospatial Sciences at North Carolina Central University.  He is a graduate of Columbia University and earned his Ph.D. at UNC-Greensboro.  He teaches a variety of GIS courses at NCCU and has recently introduced a Raster GIS class into NCCU’s graduate program.  His research with students revolves around accessibility and GIS data standards.
